The Approach
Miller Counseling & Consultation, LLC. approached mental health care from a trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based lens. Therapy provided through MCC’s telehealth platform offers individuals the chance to heal from wounds not put there by themselves but by situations, other people, and exposures to harm.
Methods utilized by MCC include Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapies, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and many others known to support trauma recovery.
